With over 10 years of experience in the field of mental health, I offer personalized and evidence-based therapy within a trusting therapeutic relationship. Let's connect and work together to improve your mental well-being.
I earned a doctorate degree in clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2017.
In Chicago, I trained at various settings including college counseling centers and eating disorder treatment centers. I moved to Bozeman in 2016 to complete an APA-accredited predoctoral internship at Montana State University Counseling and Psychological Services and later completed a postdoctoral fellowship there as well. I was a senior staff psychologist at MSU from 2017 to 2024 and opened my private practice to serve the broader Bozeman community in 2024.

As a licensed psychologist, I offer a range of therapy options tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we can work toward improving your well-being. Here are a few areas in which I focus in my practice. If you don't see your specific issue listed, please contact me and ask if it's something that I can help you with. If not, I can assist you by making a referral to someone else.
Anxiety can impact daily life. Effective treatments, like therapy, are available to manage symptoms and improve quality of life.
Exploring and better understanding relational patterns in therapy can build one's self awareness and improve relationships.
Stress often occurs during busy and/or transitional periods of life. If left unmanaged, stress can lead to negative mental and physical health symptoms. Using therapy to better understand the root of our stressors and learn ways to cope with them can help.
Trauma can occur in response to events that threaten your physical and/or emotional safety. Processing trauma in therapy can help to untether you from the past and move toward grounding in the present.
Depression is a mental illness characterized by low mood, loss of interest and lack of energy. Talk therapy is an effective treatment modality to mitigate these symptoms.
Many physical and emotional changes occur before, during, and after pregnancy. Gaining a better understanding of these in therapy can help with coping during this period of immense transition.
Recovery from an eating disorder or disordered eating is possible. Let's repair your relationship with your body in therapy.
"I value relationship building and believe that it is the essential component to finding success in therapy."
In my clinical work, I aim to establish a safe and secure relationship with my clients, in which we can collaboratively reach their goals. In therapy, we will explore relational patterns, behaviors, and other issues of concern without judgment or shame.
Appointments last 55 minutes and occur on either a weekly or every-other-week basis. I meet with most clients in person but can also meet via telehealth on a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform called Spruce. Clients must be located within the state of Montana to meet via telehealth.
The establishment of a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in finding success in therapy. As such, the goodness of fit between client and therapist is essential. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to determine whether we might be a good fit and answer any questions you might have about beginning therapy together. Please contact me to schedule a consultation.
My fee for an individual therapy session, including our first session, is $250.
I am currently an "in-network" provider with the following insurance companies:
As an "in-network" provider, I am able to bill your insurance directly following each of our therapy sessions. For other insurance plans, I am considered an "out-of-network" provider and payment is due at the time of your session. I am happy to provide you with a detailed bill if you plan to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
Prior to our first meeting, I recommend you contact your insurance provider to inquire about mental health benefits and your expected co-pay for individual therapy. Please bring your insurance card with you to our first session. If you are not using insurance or using an out-of-network insurance, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate for cost of services as required by the No Surprises Act.
